Doug McCall is the Executive Director of the Canadian Association for School Health. He has worked on several projects in school-based promotion of healthy eating and nutrition, including a nutrition checklist for schools published by Health Canada. a review of the research in 2005 and is currently working with others on school meal programs as part of a comprehensive approach to alleviating disadvantage through school programs.
